CM Richey has built over 1,000 projects out of the ground over the past 20 years, ranging from 5,000 – 250,000 sq. ft. We employ the best foreman and mechanics in the industry that allow our talented office team to deliver these jobs on time and on budget, consistently. We understand that each job has special needs and challenges, whether expected or not. We attack these challenges with a positive attitude, and work together with the contractor and other trades to ensure a satisfied customer. We utilize the most up to date CAD and BIM technologies to coordinate our work with other trades, are able to make quick decisions in the field and relay this information electronically back to the contractor, architect, engineer, etc., and have a full time quality control and safety supervisor monitoring all jobs on a regular basis to meet all Code, OSHA and schedule requirements.
