New York City’s first 3-D printing lab, MAKERBOT combined the difficult fit out of an aging warehouse in Bayridge, Brooklyn with a new infrastructure to support the technically advanced equipment. Dozens of new 50A-100A equipment feeders had to be run in full conduit systems traveling both horizontally and vertically throughout the space. Up to date lighting fixtures and controls were installed in the research area to allow for optimum efficiency.
