Putting a convenience store in the ground floor of the Empire State building was a monumental task and not without significant challenges. From coordination with the building, tenants & on-site trades communication and clear instruction had to be established on this project. An interactive lighting control system had to be built out that matched. The interior accent lights along with the colors lights on the spire 100 floors above is something that needs to be seen to appreciate.
